How much does managing my rental cost?
5 % of the rent actually collected, every month, plus VAT (IVA 10 %). If the rent is not collected, we charge no fee.
How much does it cost to let my property?
One month’s rent, split 50 % owner and 50 % tenant. If you bought your property with CALISTA, letting to your first tenant is free.
How long does it take to rent out my apartment?
As a rule, less than 15 days: we list it on all our channels and on the property portals.
What if the tenant doesn’t pay?
We check the guarantees before signing and follow up on any late payment. You can also insure your rent against non-payment (3 % of the monthly rent), under the policy’s conditions.
When do I receive my rent?
We transfer it to you on the 10th of every month (Monday the 11th if the 10th falls on a Sunday), with the monthly statement.
