Data we collect

Site forms (contact, rent estimate, blog questions): name, email, phone or WhatsApp, your message and, where relevant, details of your property (neighbourhood, type, bedrooms, floor area, furnished).

WhatsApp messages you send us from the site.

Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type), without cookies or data that identifies you.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare the estimate or service you request and follow up on your enquiry.

We do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes, and we do not send you advertising without your consent.

Legal basis

Your consent, when you submit a form or write to us, and where relevant the performance of the service you entrust to us.

Providers processing data on our behalf

Netlify (United States): site hosting and form handling.

WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

Plausible Analytics: visit statistics, without cookies.

Google: the Google reviews shown on the site are loaded from its servers.

Cloudinary: hosting of property photos.

Some of these providers are located outside Paraguay: your data may be processed in other countries.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If you become a client, for the duration of the relationship and as long as our legal obligations require (accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering).

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction, update or deletion of your data by writing to contacto@calista.com.py.
