What is retention of title (reserva de dominio)?
A clause by which the seller keeps ownership of the plot until the contract conditions are met; the deed is then signed in your name. We explain which conditions apply before you sign.
What does the plot include?
Plots are delivered with perimeter fencing, water and electricity connection, inside a community with controlled access.
Can I visit?
Yes. We arrange the visit with you, Monday to Sunday.
